Course prices are listed in the catalog. Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. All sales are processed securely.
Billing terms

- If a payment fails, we may retry or request an alternative method to complete your purchase.
Promotions

Cancellations
You may cancel up to 7 days before the first session for a full refund. After that, we may offer a credit toward a future cohort.
How refunds are handled
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
- Processing times vary by provider; allow reasonable time for settlement.
- Credits, if offered, may be subject to expiration and cohort availability.
Cohort changes
If we reschedule or materially change a cohort, you may be eligible for a refund or credit. We’ll communicate relevant options and deadlines.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxfield will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
Cap on liability
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Voxfield for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
